Netflix Blog Post
This project was written for my Intro to Technical and Professional Writing class. The assignment was to write a technical writing guide about social media or entertainment apps. The Netflix company was the intended audience for the article, and the webpage provided recommendations for how they could improve their app.
There were several features about the app that frustrated me, so I wanted to offer suggestions on how to create a better user experience. It should be noted that this piece was written for an older version of Netflix, and in that time several changes have been made to the app.
